RDL’s are an ‘ok’ exercise to bring up your hamstrings.
But with this little trick were going add a little more oomph!
… and turn them from just an ‘ok’ exercise to a fantastic exercise.
The reason why I stated the RDL as just as ‘ok’ hamstring exercise
… is because there’s only tension on the hamstrings at the very bottom of the movement.
As you get close to lock out there’s not much resistance going on.
The best exercise always have constant tension throughout the entire range of motion.
So to fix this issue you’re going grab a band, wrap around your rack, walk into the band, create some tension, and then perform some RDL’s.
The band will now add tension at the top of the movement where the barbell doesn’t.
You have a fantastic hamstring exercise
As good as this trick is to build up your hamstrings, you do need more than just this exercise to build a build and well rounded figure.
I’ve got something for you that will help you with this…
