Last Tuesday around 8.00 pm my phone was going crazy with text messages….
“Dude, are you watching it?”
“What do you think about X?”
“Would that work for me?”
The texts were referring to the TV show, The Biggest Loser.
Now don’t get me wrong, there are some great things about the show.
BUT I do have one major problem with it.
