Dragana Deadlifting 110kg x 6

In this video you’ll see an online client of mine, Dragana, deadlifting 110kg x 6.

Each quarter my online girls receive their ‘big 4’ document along with their training program.

Big 4 = squat, bench, deadlift and military press.

The document includes all their sets, reps and even weight for lifts so that there is absolutely no guess work.

Above you’ll watch her final set, which is a max out set, where she gets to do as many clean reps as possible.

‘Clean’ meaning the reps have to be performed with good technique.

We don’t do ‘ugly strength’ at GWL Strength Club.

At 60 kilos bodyweight this well an truly puts her at a double bodyweight deadlift – not bad for a school teacher 🙂
