Keep Showing Up

Last week, one of my clients messaged me feeling off.

Her sleep had been patchy.

She’d been stuck in meetings all day.

The gym was packed.

Her usual squat rack was taken.

And she forgot her pre-workout. 😅

She said, “Everything felt off. I almost didn’t train.”

But she did.

She trained anyway.

She adjusted.

She stayed calm.

She got it done.

Was it a perfect session? Nope.

But was it productive? 100%.

The hardest pill to swallow in fitness is accepting that the stars won’t always align, motivation won’t always be there and the conditions won’t always be ideal.

But you train anyway.

Because showing up, even when it’s messy, is what builds real consistency.

Not chasing perfect.

Not waiting for a sign.

Just putting in the work, even when it’s not Instagram-worthy.

Progress favors the persistent, not the perfect. So if today’s not perfect…Train anyway.
