Small Efforts = Success

Body transformation success is the sum of small efforts repeated daily.

Too many girls who lift are still looking for that ‘1 thing’.

You know what I’m talking bout – “if all you did was this 1 thing you’ll achieve your dream transformation”.

I’ll never forget this one client who dropped everything with her training and nutrition to take up this ‘1 thing’.

It happened to be a detox at the time which had her do nothing but drink the special potions and eat 500 calories per day.

It worked.

For about 2 weeks till she fell off the wagon, gained the weight back on and was back to square one.

You see this in the health and fitness industry all the time…

Every couple months something pops up as the new ‘1 thing’ latest craze.

I remember couple years ago when coconut oil was the big craze. It was selling like hot cakes.

It was marketed really well that if all you did was just eat coconut oil you’ll have the 6 pack, the body and the transformation.

It doesn’t work that way.

Don’t get me wrong, I like coconut oil, be it’s NOT the be all and end all.

There’s still so many more things you have to do to achieve your dream transformation.

So… what do you have to do?

I stated it in the very begging of this email…

Body transformation success is the sum of small efforts repeated daily.

I prefer to call them ‘wins’ instead of efforts.

What is a win?

A win is something you do that moves you closer towards your goals…

It could be starting your day with a healthy breakfast…

And then backing it up with a good lunch and dinner (that’s 3 wins)

Maybe you trained today (that’s another win)

Maybe you reach out to a professional and asked for help (win).

The more wins you have each and EVERY day the closer you will move towards your goals…

Small efforts = success.

Take care, comb your hair – talk soon,

Grant
