Do you do endless amounts of core and notice very little improvements?

Here’s a slight adjustment you can make that will INSTANTLY make your core work pay off.

I’m going to introduce you a little rule that both Dan John and Ian King taught me…

If it’s important to you. Do it first.

In other words…

Do your core work at the beginning of your workout. Not at the end.

When most girls do their core work it’s usually half assed and with no real intent.

Why? Because it’s the end of their workout when they’re tired and running on fumes.

I can assure you that if you take your current core routine and place it at the beginning of your workout, right after your warm up, you’ll instantly notice a difference.

 

P.S. Also, since making this change to all my online girls programs, those with back pain, have significantly improved if not completely disappeared.
